How to Fix iOS 11 Beta Screen Recorder Orientation Bug. No More Squashed Landscape Recordings!

Since the very first iOS 11 Beta, the new built in screen recorder has had a landscape orientation bug. It's still there but, mercifully, I have discovered a workaround fix... and it's all to do with exploiting another bug. Take a look, fix it, record your screen.
